The Tigon Kit by Aspire is an all new pen style e cig kit. The Tigon is a simple to use, child safe, compact vaping device from Aspire. The Tigon is available in the 4 stylish colours of Stainless Steel, Blue, the ever popular Rainbow and black. It can be used as an MTL (mouth to lung) or a restricted DTL (direct to lung) vape. It comes with a long lasting inbuilt 1800mAh battery and works in "bypass mode". Whichever colour preference you have, you can be sure of a great performance from this everyday compact vaping device perfectly pocket sized or will fit in your handbag perfectly. The Tigon is the first Aspire product with a new innovative technology which will seal the wicking holes in the tank when the coil is removed too.
The Aspire Tigon Kit comes supplied with a choice of 2 replacement mouthpieces. The longer one is for a mouth to lung (MTL) style of inhaling and the slightly shorter and wider bore 'Äústubby'Äù style drip tip is more suited to restricted direct to lung (DTL) draws.
Filling the tank could not be more simple in a child-proof/leak proof tank like this one. First, you need to pull upwards on the top cap, then with your thumb or finger on the marker, slide the top cap horizontally to reveal the silicon leak-proof seal of the fill port. The silicon fill port on the TPD version (2ml) has a self-sealing valve, into which you can insert the nozzle of your chosen e-liquid flavour to fill the tank. To close and completely seal the tank it is the same actions but in reverse. You would need to slide the top cap back into place covering the silicon seal and push downwards.
Remember though, when using a new coil, that you will need to prime the coil before use and leave it to saturate in the e-liquid for between 5 - 10 minutes or so before you start vaping. This will ensure the cotton in the coil is fully saturated and you would not get any dry hits or damage the coil.
When removing and/or replacing the glass tube on the childproof TPD version of your Tigon tank, you need to follow the following steps.
Firstly, unscrew and remove the base hardware and remove the coil. Then, invert the tank and using the special key provided, unlock the top part of the tank by placing it in the slot of the screw holding the top together (see diagram). Next, remove the glass tube and follow the steps in reverse, (it is simpler to place the screw on to the key first to locate it into the top of the tank), secure the screw, insert the coil and screw the base of the tank back into place.

What is Mouth To Lung ?
Mouth to lung vaping (MTL) refers to inhaling vapor into your mouth and letting it linger there for a while before inhaling it into your lungs. To vape mouth to lung, take a draw on your vape device, hold it in your mouth then inhale it into your lungs before exhaling it.

What are the best liquid to use on a MTL device?
MTL devices are better used with PG-based E-Liquids, as they provide a throat hit and usually work better with a high nic strength. Mouth-to-lung tanks use thinner e-liquids, like those comprised of 50% PG or higher percentages. This delivers a pleasant throat hit, as well as a very enjoyable flavour.

So, if you are looking to stop smoking, and afraid of Nicotine craving while still wanting a smooth vape, Nic Salts should be your pick, but if you are looking for a harsher throat hit at a lower Nicotine dosage, sticking with Pure Base could be the better option.
